This is just a suggestion. You should check any local technical colleges in
your area. If they have courses or degrees in welding many times they are
willing to do a welding job for just the cost of the material. I am a
professor at a IVY Tech State College in Fort Wayne Indiana and our welding
instructor has done projects for various individuals like this and saved
them quite a bit of money.
