The Teal is way easier to build than the Nymph. Since neither of these meets
your prime criterion, why not look at the Windsprint. Think of it as a Teal
with room for one more...three small adults or two large ones. Other similar
choices are Surf and Zephyr; this last definitely a 3 man boat, maybe 2 men
and 2 women. All three of these are on the order of building difficulty of
the Teal, just more wood. BTW, the Surf and Zephyr are really good rowboats,
too. Oh, yes, the Junebug is good for 3 also.
