I did the very same thing when building hull #225; however, I think that was the smallest of my building mistakes....

I was able to saw (with a good rip hand saw) the logs and chines off the wrong sides and re-glue them to the correct sides.   Worked fine. 

fortunately, we're not working in marble here.
