Re: Digest Number 4454[1 Attachment]

Various lugs have been fitted to Micro. One group member fitted a balanced lug main to Wish II. Wish II is featured in the book "30-Odd Boats", it is of a similar size and shape to Long Micro, but with significant differences.

A cross-over between features of Long Micro, Wish II, and Martha Jane might be a good bit along the way to a serious coastal cruising getaway lifestyle... and relatively cheaply done too!

Has anyone changed rigs on the long micro? Can it be done? I am partial to sprit-sails and gaf-rigs. And would like to use one of these. Also, what is this ~Navigator" modification? thanks in advance. Fred
