If you haven't seen these yet, here are some 3D isometric renderings
of the Tennessee hull form, part of a study which I have made.

Lon,
Personal Check or Money Order will do fine.  By next week I should be able to get things into more structured order. My condolences to you on losing your mentor.  He seems to have passed along the right mindset to make quick work on something like TENNESSEE.  If I recall correctly, this plan is as plain and simple as the boat, all on one sheet I believe.  Having built a skiff before might be helpful.  On the other hand, you seem to have a broader background in getting matters started and finished and might indeed be all set to get going.  Folks in this forum will likely be an invaluable asset to encourage you and help out with well-proven suggestions.  And Payson''s books will help a lot as well.
Yours, Susanne

Lon,
sorry about this, but you are not alone having wait for replies.  My energy-levels and pressing matters here and now do for the moment allow only limited responsiveness, despite better hopes and intentions on my part.  Phil set the price for TENNESSEE at $75.- (to build one boat) ages ago and there it stands.  Despite my greatest intentions to sell plans and deposit checks etc. I am only gradually gaining momentum in this new phase of life without Phil.  Lot's of issues to resolve, in-house practies to adapt, piled-up must-dos to clear - and indeed a few aging checks to cash after I ready the plans for mailing...  I appreciate your patience.  My apparent tardiness is not to discourage supporting the foundation of our 'business-model' .  As someone suggested quietly a while back, the motto is indeed 'in lieu of flowers, buy plans...'

P.S. I am in the final stage of designing Phil's Memorial Stone to be placed in a City cemetary.  As a secular monument I am free to use the surface as a 'canvas' to outline who Phil was in a brief bio and with examples of his work; think PB&F letterhead as a starting-point and add.  It is not everybody's idea of the average grave-stone.  My intention is to have a reasonably permanent Memorial that shares fundamentals of his life and work with those who might pass by ages from now, or with those in town a month from now, who know all about him but still like to reflect on their personal connection with him at that location.

Try asking them again, there was a recent tragedy in the family, which may explain the delay. A lot of people report that communication via fax (978) 282-1349 works. I have had success using postal mail.
