Re: [bolger] plans sales

Obnoxious posters usually go away faster if simply ignored rather than
challenged.

Is there someone who moderates this group?
If so I would appreciate it if they would boot this prick

The reason that there's been difficulty getting boat plans is the same reason that made Phil Bolger such a unique and creative designer. He was his own man. From his writings it was clear he never wanted to be dependent on anyone. This is not the kind of person who farms out work to others. Phil did not design boats to meet a market's demand. He designed boats for himself, and his work was so good that others wanted a part of that work. That is, his mind was so fertile at problem solving he really didn't need commissions to do be motivated to do the design work. The problem with this system, however, is that simple administrative details don't get done.I'm sure that Susanne will get around to hiring secretarial help to speed the process of handling plans sales.

I'm sure his legacy is secure without the contribution of the likes of
you.

(If this is the same "gentleman" as the one who we had to put up with
last week, he sent me a lovely photograph of himself, displaying a
certain centrally located digit of his left hand -- how nice.)

Why don't you just go buy a bass boat and be done with it.

Fellows, fellows. Nearly as annoying as certain tasteless posts by someone seeking plans is the clutter of (sometimes similarly rude) responses. I'd prefer the silent treatment, or responders unburdening themselves privately to the offender. I hate adding to this thread.  Mason
Good riddance!
