Re: [bolger] Re: Anchor Stowage on Martha Jane

Hello Mark Zeiger,

I have a pretty simple system. I keep two anchors in the forward well, each
in its own plywood box that I built to hold rode and chains. The boxes are
12x12x10 inches, are lashed in place on the starboard side. No lids. Holes
in the bottoms to let out rain and spray. One box has rope handles & can
quickly be unshipped and carried aft, bent to the mooring cleat there, and
thrown off the stern. In the bow both rodes are bent to a 2 in ringbolt in
the base of the starboard tabernacle post.
