those pictures, I wonder how they achieve that deep bend in the
cockpit combing? Steaming, or laminating thin veneers??

A gentleman in Rhode Island, IIRC, built a very nice boat to the design, and there are/were pictures on the internet, but I didn't find them in a quick look. It's entirely possible that PB&F have taken the name of his boat as the design name as they have rewarded enterprising builders that way once or twice in the past.
