I saw this boat today in detail. It is in the water, been there for a while, and though dirty (cobwebs, etc.) looks to be in very good condition. The inside is laid out very nicely and it looks to have a Sabb 30hp with the variable pitch prop. The engine room (under that cockpit) is a little cramped, but overall, it is a very roomy vessel. I will be talking to the owner to get more information on Ferra's sailing characteristics.
