Bruce,
The Texas Dory catalog was a large envelope filled with loose pages, at
least one page per design plus lots of other testimonials, magazine
reprints, etc. I still have a couple of these, worn out from dreaming.
Your list is incomplete, the Sampan express series runs from 17' up to a
very large size. And some others, Fisher Boy, etc. that you don't list.
I can hand some of this old stuff off to you if you'd like. I'm in Pacifica.

I am a little skeptical of a book dated 1961.
I believe that the Bolger "Texas dory" design series includes:
Sea or Ski 19 — Bolger design 134-7-60
Lapstrake Express 22 — Bolger design #155
Surfmaster 19 — Bolger design #167
Coastal 22 — Bolger design 184-11-59
Shoals Runner 17 — Bolger design #189 5/65
Sampan Express 30 — Bolger design # 148
Morning Light 22' — Bolger design #190 7/65
Sea Hawk Dory Skiff 15'6" — Bolger design 247
And, of course, 140-3-60 Light Dory (Type 4) ;-)
I am not totally clear what the "Texas dory" Jim Orrell catalog looked
like, it could have been "book like", it would have dated somewhere
between 1960 and later, I am guessing. Googling it I see mention of a
1968 Capt. Jim Orrell "study plan packet".
