Of course, there is a company selling a device that takes excess electricity from solar power and turns it into hydrogen to be used with fuels cells when solar is not available. It is a drop in unit (like a generator) that is already being used in a production solar boat. Can't find the link for the second right now, but have seen it in a yacht mag and on the Web.
