In Edmonton, Alberta, Canada I found certified okume, epoxy and everything I needed from Boat Craft, a small family company that current owner (Don) took over from his dad. They have a website. For dimension lumber I found very good clear fir in lengths up to 20 ft. at Windsor Plywood with several locations in Edmonton.

I get all my lumber rough cut and green from local mills. I have a shed
out back that it seasons in. Not everybody lives where the can do this
but it is a great option for high quality wood if you can.
I get all my plywood from Edensaw lumber in Port Townsend WA. Tremendous
customer service over the 25 plus years I have dealt with them.

A Duckworks reader suggested we put together a Plywood and Lumber Index to help the newbe find materials for their boat project. So we are putting it together and I wondered where you get your plywood and timber and what plywood you get there, comments etc? I need some entries to get it started.
