Tried sending FAX myself but, like Charles, get no answer. USPS seems the best hope now. At least that gets you in the pile.

A few weeks ago, I tried in vain to send faxes. The machine never once answered in a full fortnight of twice-daily attempts. I finally gave up. I may or may not attempt a snail-mail contact attmept. I have the letter printed up and waiting to mail and am just procrastinating.
