Re: [bolger] Re: Bolger's Boat Index

Thank you and I'm glad you liked it. Lady Slipper was definitely and error and I will try to find the real Lady Slipper. I removed the wrong one.

I wish for bigger images too but what I have done is fair and I think any bigger would not be fair.

Even better would be click on picture and get link to bigger picture(s) and more info such as lines drawing if picture is shown, picture if lines drawing is shown.

The picture to Lady Slipper is some other boat.

With thanks.

Mike,
That's fantastic and a great resource. Thanks for creating the index.
I am especially interested in the "Big Bird" design, although it doesn't look very weatherly :-)

Thanks for the encouragement. I could not resist the picture of big bird, I am Australian and cheek is in the blood. Hopefully I will get a picture of that one soon.

G'Day All

I just finished a new index called The Bolger Boats Index.

You would normally get to it from here at the bottom of pagehttp://www.duckworksmagazine.com/r/indexes.htm

There are some gaps without pictures. I don't own any of Phil Bolger's books so if you can help with an image or two to fill the gaps that would be great.

I hope you enjoy it. It is just a simple put a picture to the name index to help people choose a design. The images do not enlarge and they never will. At this size I think the images are fair to everyone involved in Phil's life and work.

I have done my best with this and it has taken a long while to do. At times my eyes went a bit blurry so if you see a mistake or know of a boat naming error etc, please, please let me know.

I miss him. Let's hope Susanne can sell their plans for many years to come.
