Re: [bolger] Progress!
Congratulations, Pippo, sounds like we're racing!!!! I went 3D (just a test)
Friday night, and WOW, this 15 footer is BIG!!!! From the little bulkheads and
thin side pieces, emerged a real boat that consumed all unused space in my
garage!!!!
I've got next week off, so plan on making great progress. Right now I'm
inspecting each bulkhead, and doing last minutes things before screwing the
whole thing together and committing myself. Then on to double bottoms ;-)
Better start taking pictures soon of the construction, or it will be too late!!!
Specifics:
Boat: Bolger Micro
Name: Mr. O'Malley (from Disney's "The Aristocats", he's the alley cat ;-)
Wood: Fir framing and French Gaboon 3/8's (9mm) BS1088 plywood
Expoxy: Raka
Regards,
Glen

Dear all - I've just completed the last bulkhead (the transom,
actually) for my Micro - to be honest I still have to cut the bevels,
but that is easy peasy... So, as David Jost said, ready to go 3-d!
I've also updated my web page:http://space.tin.it/io/jfwbi/.
Hower, gotta go back to the beach tomorrow... Best, Pippo
