New member trying to join

Hi guys,
There is a new member who is trying to join. I pointed him here because I though a sharpie or similar design is exactly what he's looking for, and he may wish to build one himself. Can one of the admins check the queue for new memebers?

I don't know his email or name, but he goes by brokensailor on the cruisers forum.
