miniature steel working tug.


Hi everyone, I am having great difficulty in sourcing the plans for the miniature steel working tug design, I have sent a letter to Suzanne but I have not heard back. 
 I have also purchased the book, boats with an open mind but the table of offsets is unledgable 
Any help in acquiring the plans for this design would be of great help.
