Hey, I own "Spark!" Spark has made her way to Michigan and is now in my garage. It is my understanding it was built for a gentleman named Bob and was originally known as Bob's Cat. There's a builder's plate inside that I believe lists the builder (I'd check but I'm at work). I'll have to check on that.
As one can imagine a Bobcat with a cabin is pretty tight, especially for a guy of my height (6'5"). I cannot sleep in the cabin so only day sail her. I recently purchased a Glen-l Minuet that will give me cabin space, needs some upgrades and paint but will result in "Spark" being officially put up for sale soon.

If anybody is familiar with this boat and/or heritage, I'd love info. There appear to be/have been three Bobcats in the Port Townsend area at one time. Thanks, Bill
