I'd assume that with a well-locked companionway she'd not have taken on so
much water to require a pump out ?
As a footnote, I' am about to wrap up a MAIB-series of studies - go-fast and
go-slow power and sail - on the CHEBACCO double-chine hull (kept original
but also modified), and of course adaptable for the round-bilge type as
well.
