Re: How Many Sheets in the Chebacco Plans?
Bolger Chebacco plans can be purchased through instant boats and through PB&F.
Instant boats only offer the original sheet ply #540 plans. The building instructions for this boat are found in one of the Payson books "instant boatbuilding with Dynamite Payson" chapter 20. But these instructions (identical) are also available on the Chebacco.com website under "building".
PB&F offer a rather expanded set of plans including the lapstrake version #575, the raised deck version #540RD, the cruiser conversion details and a detailed building key for the raised deck version, the hull of which is built in a very different way to the #540. I think there are 20 odd sheets of plans for these variants and details all sold as one package. This set does not include plans for the motorsailer nor the #602 25' versions which are available separately.
I highly recommend going through the blog on the chebacco,com website - it is the most comprehensive collection of information on any of the bolger designs available. Good luck building - send me updates and photos and I will post them on the website.

Okay, my bad, I drug out my copy of "Instant Boatbuilding with Dynamite Payson" and discovered that sheets 1 and 6 look almost identical until you lay them side by side. I have all 6 sheets. Sorry to bother you all.
I bought the plans for the Chebacco #540 from Instantboats.com and received six sheets but one was a duplicate, making me wonder if I am missing a sheet.
