Read the write-up in Small Boats, and strongly suspect this may be hull #1?
"The first boat was delivered as a bare hull to some owner intending to finish her.".. makes sense if he was an instrument maker? The second one was built in ferro-cement. Mentions the keel was laid in approx 1960 which fits in with the write-up, but not launched until 1972. Hope it can be saved, and am amazed it is still around!.

Apparently the musical instrument maker mentioned - Nick Appolonio, a luthier out of Maine - built "boxy" guitars. Neither here nor there as PP is not boxy. Interesting story relating to Noel Paul Stookey (Of Peter, Paul and Mary fame) and one of Nick's guitars. Found lots about Nick, but could find no connection to PP mentioned anywhere unfortunately.
