Re: [bolger] slightly larger Queen Mab?

Definitely an interesting craft, and nice to have on a trailer or at a dock, but not so easy to carry around.
3 meter Tri?

I think the Queen Mab is kind of interesting. Once, at a messabout, I spent a pleasant half hour sailing around in a little barge someone had made, just big enough for one person. I could just sit in the middle of it, with no special effort required other than slight movements of the sheet and rudder. Kind of like sailing my Brick in light air with two people used to be like.

Anyway, I wonder if there is something like Queen Mab except designed for a heavy skipper and maybe with a bit more freeboard. Perhaps a shrunk Lynx or a modified Ladyslipper. Preferably with a lot of enclosed volume for flotation, and a centerboard or possibly a daggerboard that's been fiddled with so it doesn't break if it hits something. Must be light enough to carry around EASILY. How well to Nymphs sail? I'm guessing they're too tender?
