My impression of Capt. Woody (from the magazine "Latitudes and Attitudes")
is that he is a blowhard who would not be deterred by ignorance. In my
extensive voyages, mostly in Boeing machines, I have seen a few like him. I
would be very careful relying on his opinion in any matter more complicated
than provisioning with spirits.
