There is a "miracle" coating that might allow you to brush off the
fouling. Go to

I really need to try it out myself, because of all the mixed reviews.

not daily, but probably weekly (bottom scrub w/o antifouling paint)

I think I can live with weekly, or at least give it a try. She's not
that heavy; with a roller I can move the boat around myself, can even
get her on her side. I know having the teal lil'winnie on the beach
make a HUGE difference in the number of days I have her out.

But just incase, I'm looking at yahoo classifieds for old trucks
(hey, we were thinking about getting a truck before we had the
trailer.) ;-)

FBBB --

Well, there she is, on the trailer, ready to go. Unfortunately, my
little Honda Civic isn't rigged to pull a trailer and I don't think
it would do the job anyway. Wasn't I the guy ranting about the evils
of trailer boats?

My plan was to finish back in June and borrow a truck once to take
her to the lake, and once more in the Fall to bring her back. So much
for that. Anyway, on to my question.

I thought I'd be leaving her on a mooring all Summer, but I really
don't want to fuss with bottom paint. You're not even allowed to do
it yourself out here (probably for the best,) and paying for it is
expensive. So the question is: How often do you all think I'd have to
haul her out and scrub her if she lived in the water all Summer sans
anti-fouling paint? I know I could do a test run, but if someone
already knows the answer is "daily" then I just might have her
painted up this Winter.

YIBB,

David
