You don't indicate whether your budget is tight or unlimited, but I
will tell you my idea. Mr. Bolger printed a piece in MAIB a couple of
years ago about a schooner about 40' long designed for charter work.
The bowsprit was designed to fold up to shorten the boat when it was
in a slip.

It was a very stocky, roomy hull, with just about the maximum amount
of room possible in boat of that length. With the right interior
arrangement, it would be an ideal liveaboard.

I have just joined the list and want to know if Tahini, and Double
Eagle, (the 2 people version) have have been built. Has anyone built a
"power-only" version of Double Eagle? Is there any word about a "super
Tahini"?

We are looking for a boat to build for live aboard retirement next year
and follow Bolger's boats with interest.
