Be advised that MAIB is distributed by Last Class Mail (actually 3rd
class, I think) to keep the cost within reason. Arrival at your
mailbox is at the whim of the postal service, with about a 3 week
window. Don't bring an "absolutely, positively, overnight' attitude.

On the other hand, it's about the best place to feel the pulse of
real-life pleasure boating in rowing/paddling/day-sailing boats,
greatly including, but not limited to, home built boats. And Bolger
contributes a piece to every issue.
