Sorry this is not exactly Bolger, but those who are interested in
playing about with boat design, should look at this free software
from Robert Livingston, "Bearboat". I got sucked in and spent all
last weekend playing with my own fantasy! It is primarily a round
bilge kayak design program, but can be pushed and pulled to design a
wide variety of hulls. And teaches you a lot about the effects of
shape changing.
I am amazed that it is free.
