Fiddler II & Watervan

Does anyone know if any examples of Fiddler II have been built? A speculative design, Bolger No. 391, Fiddler II was presented in 30-Odd Boats. It's a 16-foot, non-box-keeled antecedent of the 22.7-foot Watervan (Design No. 632) discussed on the List several weeks back. Seems to me that Fiddler II would be ripe for a box keel as well.
