Roller cutters, I hear from this woman I know, can be picked up cheap at Wal-Mart or other stores with sewing supplies.
A roller cutter is similar to a pizza cutting wheel. It has a tungsten
steel blade and a retractable safety guard. I got mine from the source
in the link below. You need a hard surface like plexiglass, formica, or
tileboard on your cutting table. I use plain white tile board because it
is cheapest. I drew cutting lines and cut off distances on the white
board with felt tip pen. They show through the glass cloth or tape to
give you a guide line and avoid having to measure each time or use a straightedge.
