I kinda figured it would be! Esp. the Micro builders (I think
there's one or two of them around here) seem to love bragging on
their boats! (with good reason).

My articles in the Jan/Feb 01 issue of Boatbuilder. For those of you
not familiar with it, I've found it very informative over the years.
Dave Gerr is a regular, and he's always good for useful information.
They have a good letter section. The Jan/Feb issue also has a great
article on developable surfaces, which I'm still digesting. They
offer substantial free space to designers to show off their boats,
and they like to see articles from amatuers. They even advertised
for some in this issue. They don't pay much! (but they do pay) and
it's fun turning the page and seeing your own boat. And no, I have
no financial interest in the mag--honest!

They don't have a web page, but e-mail isboatbuilder@...

John O'Neill...
of course bragging is allowed ;-)  Which issue by the way?
Congratulations, John, good work!

As to the other, that might be me - sorry! I'm trying to keep all the
boats in subdirectories (folders). I might have zapped yours, I don't
recall. You are more than welcome to make a "cartopper" file and put them
back there.

Forgive me please!, but I had to brag to somebody, and the group gets
the duty. Hey hey I'm a published author! (first time for
me). 'Boatbuilder' published my article about the
advatages/disadvantages I found in building my two Cartoppers, at
once. There's even a cover photo, small, b/w, but a cover photo (Hey,
Dave Gerr is in the issue too, and he didn't get a cover photo!)

(I had a photo of one of the two finished products in the group
files, but its gone now. I hope that's not a hint, because I don't
know what happened to it!)

If you see the article, let me know what you think.
