Ross Lillistone built a much earlier Bolger design Hope , a 16 x 6 4 Lobster Skiff. While similar to the 21 4 fisherman skiff they are not the same hull.

Rhett, I expect you are already aware, but that paint dust that you mentioned might contain some fairly hazardous components that are added to keep growth off.
